The rooms were cozy and comfortable with a fast Wi-Fi connection. The staff at the hotel were helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also liked the fact that the hotel was in a nice and simple location - a good place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. It was also great that we got a vegetarian breakfast during our stay.
Although the hotel was nice, there weren't many activities to do around the area. The lack of indoor facilities meant it didn't offer a total "resort" experience.

What I liked about this hotel during Xmas was the stunning natural setting and the easy access to nearby hiking trails. the cozy rooms were also a plus with comfy beds and lovely views of the snowy outdoors. the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch with a variety of tasty options to choose from.
The hotel fell short on a few fronts. the staff seemed uninterested in helping non-Japanese speaking guests, leaving us feeling stranded and frustrated.

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities, such as the outdoor bath, stand out. It was convenient to park my car here and this hotel is at a great location within walking distance of the train station. The staff was helpful and provided me with a vegetarian breakfast upon request.

The hotel is run down, with filthy pools and inadequate air conditioning.
